Moses Dodo is a seasoned leader with significant impact in both healthcare and finance. Over the past decade years, Moses has contributed to the organic and inorganic expansion of substantial growth initiatives in funding and innovative healthcare provision across Latin America and the USA.

His contributions to the healthcare insurance industry:

▶ Driving growth and innovation across Latin America and the U.S., notably as Chairman at Bupa Global LATAM, and steering substantial corporate development efforts in Brazil. Moses orchestrated the acquisition of CarePlus, significantly expanding health insurance coverage in Brazil. This strategic move expanded health insurance plans to over 400 companies and approximately 100,000 beneficiaries. He also pioneered BGLA's entry into the Colombian market in collaboration with Seguros Bolivar.

▶ As General Manager of BGLA, he steered one of the largest international private medical insurance (IPMI) portfolios across Latin America.

▶ As the CEO and Chairman of Amedex Bermuda, a Life Insurance company, he added depth to his leadership portfolio. He also previously  held a directorial role at HtH Geoblue, a partnership with Blue Cross Blue Shield offering IPMI in the USA. 

Before transitioning to the health insurance industry, Moses Dodo had a distinguished career in investment banking:

▶ He served as the Managing Director and Board Member responsible for all North America operations at Haitong Bank. 

▶ Additionally, he held the positions of General Manager and Divisional Board Member at WestLB Bank in New York, following a significant tenure of 17 years at WestLB do Brazil, where he also served as CEO.
